  2. Get 1 cup of boiled peas.
  3. Use 100 gms of paneer(grated).
  4. Get 2 of chesse cubes, grated.

  7. Get 1/2 tsp of black salt.

  1. Take a mixing bowl add maida, salt, oil, besan adding water knead soft dough keep aside for 15 mins..
  2. In a plate take boiled peas crushed it then add grated cheese,grated paneer,black salt,red chilli powder,chat masala,garam masala,dry mango powder mix it well..
  3. Now make 6 balls from dough and make roti from it take one roti fill the peas mixture spread it 2 or 3 tbsp and cover it with another roti seal it and roll it with roller pin do same from other roti too..
  4. Heat the tawa put one paratha with adding ghee roast the Paratha from both side till golden brown serve it..
